Fort Collins Vacant Office Water Damage

Water damaged occurred when a supply line, located above the drop-ceiling, disconnected at a coupling and sprayed a significant amount of clear water. The weight of the water, weighing 8 lbs/gal, soaked the fibrous ceiling tiles, collapsing them along with the railings. Our SERVPRO team members arrived and immediately repaired the coupling and then removed the damaged debris and dried out the carpet flooring.
