Commercial water damage – Fort Collins Office Building

Commercial water damage struck this Fort Collins office building when the sprinkler system on this floor inadvertently activated during the night. The property managers had previous dealings with SERVPRO of Fort Collins, so we were the first call after they discovered the water damage. The carpeting was wet vacuumed, but our moisture content detection devices indicated the subflooring had soaked up too much water, so we removed the carpeting. We set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the sub flooring. When our monitoring indicated the subfloor was dry, we installed new padding and carpeting.
