Water Damaged Ceilings--Fort Collins

When gallons of water leak from a pressurized supply line running above a ceiling, the damage can be quite widespread. The blistering paint and apparent underlying soaked sheetrocked ceiling required a demolition. Our SERVPRO of Fort Collins crew can assess the situation, develop an action plan, and mitigate the damage. After all the ruined materials were cleared out of the rooms, we can rig plastic barriers to concentrate the drying where needed, not wasting resources or time on unaffected areas of the structure. A desiccant dehumidifier helps to dry out the opened up attic crawlspace which once inspected for moisture content just needs a biocide application against the formation of mold. Our restoration service can prepare the rebuilding of the ceiling and trim work and then complete the task much to the satisfaction of our customer.
