Leaking Pipe and Water Damage in Fort Collins

Uncontained water from failed plumbing can cause all sorts of havoc to a residential property in Fort Collins. This newly laid laminate flooring was soaked and absorbed the water like a sponge necessitating its removal. Our SERVPRO crew quickly removed the non-salvageable planks to prevent the wicking of the water. An air mover and an LGR dehumidifier are pictured in the Before Photo extracting the remaining moisture from the air to prevent ongoing water damage. Our goal is always to restore rather than to replace building materials, but that is not always possible. The After Photo illustrates our efforts of completing the damaging water event "Like it never even happened."
